Return requests are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and only for genuine manufacturing defects, fabric defects, or damage. Please contact support with your order details and clear image/video proof of the issue.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. If an item is altered, used, missing tags, or not in original condition, the return will not be approved.
Email or WhatsApp our support team with your order number and image/video proof of the defect or damage. Once reviewed and approved, we will share return instructions. All returns are subject to a careful quality inspection upon receipt.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes our quality inspection and approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider.
Returns will not be approved for items that are used, washed, altered, damaged due to customer handling, missing tags/packaging, or not in original condition. We do not accept returns for size preference, change of mind, or minor color differences due to screen/lighting.
